About
Jarrod D. Smith has called Brazoria County home his entire life. Raised in Danbury, with deep family roots and lifelong ties to the community, he built a reputation long before he built a law practice, one that is grounded in trust, familiarity, and genuine care for his neighbors.
His path to law started early. An entrepreneurial streak as a young man led him to ask a simple but important question: how could he build a career doing work he loved while actually improving people's lives? That question set him on the path to law school, and since 2007, he's practiced with that same original purpose in mind: handling personal injury, real estate, and criminal defense cases for the community that raised him, as owner of the Law Office of Jarrod D. Smith.

Outside the courtroom, Smith stays just as involved in everyday community life. He's a familiar face at the church bazaar, a go-to helper for neighbors in need, and even serves as a benefit auctioneer for local causes. Those connections, combined with his firsthand knowledge of the local court system, give his clients a real advantage: an attorney who doesn't just practice in Brazoria County, but who genuinely belongs to it.
Smith lives locally with his wife and their three children.
